KeyboardTab reaches every layer. Arrow keys move the selected layer by 1 mm, with Shift by 10 mm. Plus and minus resize it, [ and ] rotate it. Delete removes it, Ctrl+D duplicates it, Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z undo and redo. Every one of those is also a labelled field on the right.
